1. Bus Capacity: The bus has a 56-passenger capacity, so registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Individual Registration: All attendees must register individually using the Google Form to provide details regarding allergies, T-shirt sizes, and other required information.

3. Payment and Guarantees: Spots are only guaranteed once the $55 non-refundable payment is received. Payment must be made on or before November 12th at the 2nd District Meeting. Zelle is available as a payment option. If someone is taking your place, it is your responsibility to handle the payment arrangements with that person.
4. Information for Leo Advisors:
– Only individuals aged 13 and above can go on this trip.
– All forms will be collected on the day of the event. Leos are responsible for bringing their own medications and taking care of their personal belongings at their own risk.
– Each Leo must register individually with a personal phone number and email. If they do not have one, they should notify their Leo Advisor and use their Leo Advisor’s name, phone number, and email as point of contact.
