The district is here for you…and we wish to assist all of the clubs in the promotion of their club events so please email me your flyers well in advance of the event. Below are the formats we can accept.

We are able to accept the following formats:

• PDF documents
• WORD documents
• PUBLISHER documents
• NOTEPAD document (Avoid this format because it is text only)

We are NOT ABLE to accept FLYERS in the following formats

(USE ONLY FOR INDIVIDUAL PICTURES – THIS IS OK)

• JPG files
• JPEG files
• PNG files
• Tif files
• Any other images formats
