For anyone who needs to update their phone number, email or other details, please fill out the form and submit it before May 30, 2019.

Be descriptive in exactly what needs to be changed and where. Such as if you have multiple listing in the directory but need different information updated on each section ( i.e… serving on the district or club leadership team and need personal information listed but are also the chair of a committee or district program and need different information listed for that).
